About Amy Lynn Delgado

After proudly serving the communities of Suffolk County as an EMT or Field Training Officer for 20 years I returned to the place I have always called home, Cape Cod. I have found that my experience in public service made it a seamless transition into my career as a REALTOR. I practice with the highest level of integrity and dedication to all the clients I serve. My experience in the ambulance has prepared me to navigate any challenges that may arise during the process of selling or purchasing a home, understanding that many seek the assistance of a REALTOR during a vulnerable time. I welcome those transactions and approach each with the willingness to be flexible with the specific needs of each client.

 

Having grown up on the Cape I can offer my clients my extensive knowledge of our beautiful communities. My clients benefit from my local expertise as I am comfortable selling in all communities. As a proud daughter of a local environmentalist, I have been taught from a young age to stay updated with the environmental issues specific to the Cape. I am well versed in those environmental issues that may come up during the selling or buying process. I reside in Falmouth and when I am not selling real estate you may find me fishing or kayaking with my family.
